We all need love and support and ways to normalize our issues, find shameless ways through our old patterns of behavior and our inner-child…stuff. Our patterns that seem to pop out of nowhere sometimes!
I get it. I’ve been married for 14 years and we are relentlessly ‘doing the work’ together. I love working with a lot of couples to find their way to deeper intimacy, compassion, empathy & understanding
And I work with many yet-to-be-coupled folks too, working to tune into a wholeness of relationship within.

Being seen and heard is important. We all deserve to have our thoughts & feelings considered. But sometimes at home, or at work, or with our lovers, friends or family, we get steam rolled…or we steam roll someone else and sometimes, maybe, we didn’t even realize we did it!
Expectations aren't met, feelings get hurt, we make stuff up to fill in the blanks and then, resentments build and all of a sudden the relationship is… weird.
We need to clean that stuff up and sometimes all you need is a mediator (or a referee :-), to create a strong container to hold the face-to-face conversation’s. I am an excellent stand for holding all sides of ‘the story’ with equal reverence. Together we can heal it all the way through.
