I love helping people & being of service in a way that brings more love, joy, magic & fearlessness into peoples lives. Life really is too short for allowing ourselves to settle for anything less.

I specialize in working with women; particularly those who do everything, for everyone else, all the time, leaving their needs until last and then wondering why they feel under appreciated, unfulfilled and resentful.

My work inspires women to feel her way back to herself, revealing what lights her up, forgive what has past, honour what is true, love what is real and together we co-create pathways to rebuilding sacred habits, ritual and practical & spiritual practices that reconnect her to her body, reignite Core Desires®, voice & Life Purpose. It can be as simple as uncovering whatever it is She truly wants, Now.

Some call me the ‘Midlife Midwife’, a ‘Bruhaha’, a ‘Body Shame Shaman’, a ‘Confidence Coach’, But whatever I am called, I can tell you that I am called to be here to help. I love to see human beings, transform before my eyes.

I have 15+ years in advanced somatic, trauma-informed, consciousness-based training: Somatica, SE, NLP, CBT, yoga, breath work & meditation & an arsenal of woo-woo embodiment practices, tools & rituals.

I’ve built, created and led sacred, cultural, and spiritual communities—including a 200-person organization, a global couples counselling community and a women’s collective rooted in nature, ancient practices, sacred ceremony & somatic work.

So if the path ahead for you appears to be foggy with uncertainty, old stories, limiting beliefs, or self doubt: that’s where I would love to support you - I don’t want you to play small anymore.
