My friend asked me why I called my practice Hello Love?

I believe it all comes down to LOVE

Isn’t it always, all, about love? Loving. Being loved. Learning how to give more love & receive more love, in every aspect of our lives?

I think much of our journey is about remaining consistently curious about:

• How can we Love ourselves more?

• How can we Love our partners better?

• How can we love our bodies, love our past, our family, our friends, our home, our animals, our neighbor, our job, our mistakes, our faults, shame, pain and suffering?

How do we fully Love our Life?

How do we truly come to love who we are?

It’s all Love. All of it.

The logo represents a multi faceted diamond - I believe it is our life’s game to polish each and every one of our Brilliant facets - because we all deserve to SHINE BRIGHT.

The name “Hello Love” is also a tribute to my wonderful, kind and loving Father: John. It is a well known fact that he greets everyone the same way: “G’day Mate!”… “Hello Love!” to everyone he knows. Everybody’s name is either ‘Mate’ or ‘Love’

I want you to be able to look in the mirror, with a deep, knowing smile and say …. ‘Hello Love’
