I am a Motivational Healer. Somatica® relationship coach, Women’s Empowerment, Corporate Leadership and Trauma Informed Life Coach. Meditation, Mantra & Breath Work coach. 500RYT certified Yoga Teacher. Plus an NLP, EFT & CBT practitioner. Clearly, I really like learning about all the things that can ‘Heal’.

I get such joy out of helping my clients clear the fog of self-doubt, expectation paralysis, shame, fear, or stagnant habits. The patterns and beliefs that have become quicksand to any aspect of their lives.

I love the emotional treasure hunt of self-discovery: creating awareness, understanding and compassion around ‘why we do the things we do’.

I specialize in shifting clients back into their bodies, back into healthy relationship with themselves, their mind and their loved ones and I love to co-create pathways to rediscovering a life’s purpose, finding true self love and forgiveness and pouring the sunshine back into life.
